Jonathan Brouillard from Rick’s Plumbing was excellent. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in simple, clear terms. He fixed multiple issues in one visit and did the job right the first time. He was courteous and respectful—my wife felt totally safe while he worked, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work.
Also, I had to reschedule several times, and their receptionist Megan was incredibly helpful. The whole process was smooth and professional—confirmations by text and phone made everything easy. Great communication, great service, and great people. Highly recommend.

Lee removed a Reverse Osmosis water filtratration system and replaced with a new one for me. The install was fairly quick and looks great. He cleaned up well, showed me how to operate it and also re-attached my dishwasher which had broken off the hinge. Great job at a fair price. Much appreciated.

Both Jonathan and Lee were fantastic! They were conscious about cleanliness, my dog, explaining me the entire process, answering all my questions etc. The installation of the water heater was efficient along with the implementation of all the safety systems. We have used Rick’s Plumbing Service since we moved to Milford 6+ years ago for everything large and small. Most recently Jonathan was here to diagnose and replace a tub & shower fixture. Jonathan has been here before and is always professional, thorough and personable. He was assisted by Luna, a soon to be graduate of Platt Tech. She was great and has a great future ahead. I have found that to be the case across the board with all of my interaction with Rick’s, both in the office and in the field. Highly recommend this company!

Jonathan was on time and very professional. He listened to what the problem was and went right to work, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very neat and personable. Also, he did not leave immediately after he fixed the problem. He checked a couple other things and made sure that everything was working (e.g. draining) properly BEFORE he left. He is a very conscientious worker. He is passionate about his work. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Rick’s Plumbing Service for all your plumbing needs.

Early and quick, Jonathan and his plumbers helper (from an area tech school which I was happy to see) installed a washer and gas dryer for me in just a little over an hour. I am already doing laundry! Hope to use this company again.

My wife and I just moved in to our new home not too long ago. We had a few things that needed to be addressed and fixed before we were all settled in. We called Rick’s Plumbing and requested Johnathan B (he has done amazing work in the past at our previous home) and they came out a day later! These weren’t emergency fixes but they put us high on their priority list. Johnathan was so easy to talk to and was so kind and willing to explain everything to myself and my wife.
