Eligibility Requirements
- You must be the owner of the property.
- You need to be a residential rate customer of participating utilities (Eversource, UI, SCG, or CNG).
- You must have your electric account with either Eversource or United Illuminating.
- The property owner, who must also be listed on the electric account, must be the primary borrower.
- No late payments for the past six months in a row or a maximum of 2 late payments in the previous 12 months.
NO OTHER CREDIT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED. YOUR CREDIT SCORE WILL NOT BE CHECKED.
